Our 2019 Gender Pay Gap Report
Our annual gender pay gap (GPG) report has been launched today in line with government regulations which require all companies with over 250 employees to publicly disclose their GPG each year.
Our GPG is in line with other financial services organisations and we recognise that the underlying causes of gender imbalance across the industry, particularly in senior roles, needs to be addressed. We have invested considerable time to understand our pay gap. We are investing in initiatives we firmly believe will help us improve the imbalance in our workforce and create a sustainable and inclusive culture for all. We are committed to making Mizuho a truly inclusive place to work.
